Club Encore Terms and Conditions

1. What is Club Encore?

Club Encore is an initiative of BE-AT VENUES NV, Schijnpoortweg 119, 2170 Merksem, Belgium (hereinafter "be•at").

2. Applicability of these general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all Club Encore memberships and all associated services. By becoming a member or using the platform, the member declares acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. What does membership entail?

Club Encore provides members with access to:

  • exclusive tickets and Premium Experiences

  • networking events and hospitality

  • commercial opportunities within the be•at ecosystem

Membership grants priority access to purchases but does not guarantee availability.

4. Wallet and payments

  • Members pay an annual membership fee and a predetermined budget of their choice ("Wallet").

  • The Wallet is a prepaid credit used for purchases within Club Encore.

  • Unused balances are non-refundable.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT.

5. How does it work?

  • Members book tickets and experiences via an online portal.

  • Orders are automatically charged to the Wallet.

  • Availability is subject to stock and priority ordering periods depending on the type of membership.

6. Offering and availability

  • be•at determines the offering, pricing, and availability at its sole discretion.

  • The offering may vary per event and location.

  • Sold-out events do not entitle the member to any form of compensation.

7. Premium Experiences

Premium Experiences generally include:

  • admission tickets

  • hospitality (lounge, catering, parking, etc.)

The exact content may vary per event.

8. Cancellations and modifications

  • In the event of an event cancellation, the amount will be made available again in the Wallet.

  • There is no right to a refund or compensation.

  • In the event of modifications, the organizer's terms and conditions apply.

9. Duration and renewal

  • Membership runs on a calendar year basis.

  • It is automatically renewed unless terminated in writing no later than 3 months before the end of the membership period.

10. Termination

Upon termination of membership:

  • the MEMBER has the option to use any remaining Wallet balance for a period of six months, after which it will expire permanently.

  • no right to a refund exists

11. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be submitted via the contact form, by email or by phone at +32 (0)3 400 40 44. Should we be unable to reach a resolution, consumers may contact Becom. Becom will mediate between the consumer and be•at if the complaint appears prima facie well-founded. They can be reached via the complaint form, by email, or in writing at: Markiesstraat 1, 1000 Brussels. Complaints may also be submitted to the Consumer Ombudsman Service.

12. Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as provided for in Article VI.47 of the Code of Economic Law does not apply to contracts concluded via this website, pursuant to Article VI.53, 12° of the Code of Economic Law. Consequently, there is no right of withdrawal and the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
